Is my companion a real person?
No. her & him is an AI companion. It talks, remembers, and sends photos, but it isn't human and shouldn't be relied on for advice or in an emergency. See Safety.
How do I chat on Telegram and the web?
Sign in at herandhim.ai and you can talk on the web, connect Telegram, or both — your companion shares the same memory across them.
What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Ultra?
Free lets you get to know your companion with a monthly message and photo allowance. Pro and Ultra unlock unlimited daily conversation and far more photos. See Pricing for the current details.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Manage your subscription from your account settings. Paid plans renew automatically, so cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. As noted in our Terms, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
My companion replied in the wrong language.
Your companion follows the language you picked during setup. Change it in your settings, and it will switch right away.
How do I export or delete my data?
You can delete your account from your settings — this permanently removes your messages, photos, and personal data. To request an export, email privacy@herandhim.ai. See our Privacy Policy.
Delete your account
To remove everything from her & him:
- open your account settings;
- choose delete account and confirm.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once it's done, your messages, media, and personal data are removed and can't be recovered.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with something, email support@herandhim.ai with the details. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within seven business days. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, just reply and ask for a further review.
